My story? Working mum with 4 hungry boys (very hungry husband included) in desperate need for quick meal solutions. My problem? Busy life, but a deep passion for health. My aim: create meals that are delicious, packed with nutrients and childproof.
In my practice as a Health Coach I specialise in helping busy women to achieve their personal health goals. Food plays an essential part in this process. For me, healthy food is simple food: as unprocessed as possible, additive free and full of nutrients. My recipes are gluten- and refined sugar free and full of veggies, fruit, healthy fats and proteins.
