3 ways with buckwheat pancakes

Buckwheat pancakes are very versatile. They go well with both: savoury and sweet toppings. They also make a delicious salad wrap. I always have a prepared stack in my fridge to make a quick lunch or dinner. Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free and has a nutty taste. Curcumin gives these pancakes a golden look and aromatic flavour.

1) Basic: Buckwheat pancakes. Delicious with a bit of maple syrup or honey drizzled on top.

2) Party snacks: Fill them with salad, sour cream and smoked salmon to create some delicious party bites or evening snacks. Salmon & rocket rolls

3) Salad wrap/base: When a salad is just not enough. I use buckwheat pancakes as salad wraps. They add a bit more substance to the meal and are a good alternative to conventional wraps or bread. Rocket & feta wrap
