My favourite soup! Warming, delicious and healing. Can fight colds and can boost the immune system.

When my kids are ill or unwell this is the dish I serve them. The combination of fresh chicken broth with vegetables and immunity boosting garlic helps them to feel better and recover.

Goes well with: flues, cold days, comfort eating
