Nutty Granola

Homemade granola is so much tastier and healthier than supermarket versions, which are often loaded with sugar and unhealthy trans fats. Combined with yogurt or fruits it makes a great breakfast. Can also be enjoyed as a crunchy snack eaten on its own.

I like to prepare bigger portions as the granola can be stored in an airtight container for about 2 weeks.

Goes well with: yogurts, fruits, lunchbox friendly
